Prices are subject to change, but any confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed rate. We aim to deliver every order with the highest standards. Please note that minor variations in color, texture, or placement may occur due to the nature of custom decoration. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork or proofs before production begins.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, material availability, or external factors such as shipping delays. While we make every effort to meet deadlines, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Since our products are custom-made, cancellations are only possible within a short time after order confirmation and before production starts. Refunds or replacements may be offered only if the final product is defective or does not match the approved specifications. Claims should be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the order.

Any designs, logos, or artwork you provide remain your property. By submitting them, you give us permission to use them for the purpose of completing your order. All Decoration Connection branding, designs, and website content remain our property and cannot be copied or used without permission.

By using our services, you agree that Decoration Connection will not be held responsible for any indirect or incidental damages related to our products or services. Our liability, if applicable, is limited to the value of the specific order in question.
