What you'd want to know before you move a brand

Minimum order: No minimum order quantity on the on-demand program — one piece or a hundred.
Production time: 3–5 business days in production once art is approved, plus transit.
Decoration methods: Screen printing, embroidery and direct-to-film (DTF), all under one roof.
Inventory: None required. Produced after the sale.
Branding: Your name on the garment and the packing slip. Ours appears nowhere.
Blanks: Sourced from the major apparel distributors, or send your own in.
Scaling up: The same shop runs your one-offs and your bulk runs. Growing doesn't mean re-sourcing.

Straight answers

What brands ask before they switch

Do I have to hold inventory?

No. Each piece is produced after it's sold. There is nothing to pre-buy and nothing left over at the end of a run.

Is there a minimum order?

Not on the on-demand program. One piece is a real order. If you grow into hundreds at a time, screen printing gets much cheaper per piece and we'll move you onto it.

How is this different from Printful or Printify?

They are bigger, cheaper at the very low end and fully automated. We are a real decorating shop in North Carolina with people you can call, screen printing as well as digital, and the ability to take you from one-offs to a thousand-piece run without changing vendors. If pure cost per unit at volume one is what matters most, they may well be the better answer — we'd rather tell you that than take the order.

Does anything in the box say Decoration Connection?

No. The packing slip, the return address and the contents carry your branding. We are invisible to your customer by design.

What decoration methods can I use?

Screen printing, embroidery and direct-to-film, all in-house. DTF handles full-colour and photographic artwork with no colour limit; screen printing wins on feel and on cost once quantities climb; embroidery is for headwear, polos and anything that needs to look expensive.

Where are the garments made and decorated?

Decorated at 615 Alton Pl in High Point, North Carolina. Blanks are sourced from the major apparel distributors, and we'll tell you exactly which garment we're quoting rather than describing it as a premium heavyweight tee.
