White label, end to end

Nothing in the box says who made it

Blind shipping is simple to promise and easy to get wrong. One stray branded insert, one return address, one invoice in the carton and your customer now knows who really does the work. Here's exactly what we do about that.

Ask for the details
Four places a blind ship usually leaks

Every point where our name could appear, and doesn't

A blind-ship promise is only as good as the fourth detail nobody checked. These are the four.

The shipping label

Your business name and address as the sender. The carrier's own origin ZIP still reflects where the parcel physically entered the network — that's true of every carrier and anyone who tells you otherwise is guessing — but no decorator name appears.

The packing slip

Yours. Your logo, your business details, your order reference. No invoice, no price list, nothing showing what the order cost you.

Inside the carton

Nothing of ours. No business card, no sticker, no flyer, no branded tissue. If you send us your own inserts or hang tags, we'll pack those in instead.

The garment itself

Decorated to your spec with your artwork. If you supply your own neck labels or hang tags, they go on; we never add branding of our own to a garment.

Why apparel is harder than paper

A garment has more places to give you away

Search for a blind-ship decorator and most of what comes back is commercial print — business cards, signs, banners. Apparel is different, because a decorated garment carries branding in more places than a flyer does: the neck label, the hang tag, the polybag, the placement of the decoration itself. All of those are decisions, and all of them are yours to make here.

  • Your neck labels and hang tags applied, if you supply them
  • Your own polybags or cartons used, if you send them
  • Decoration placement to your spec sheet, not our default
  • Your inserts and cards packed in with the order
  • Nothing of ours added at any stage
  • Non-circumvention signed on request before the first job

Questions about blind shipping

What exactly is blind shipping?
Your customer receives the goods believing they came from you. The shipping label, the return address, the packing slip and anything inside the carton reference your business. The company that actually decorated and packed the order does not appear.
What's on the shipping label?
Your business name and address as the sender. The carrier record shows the origin ZIP for the city the parcel physically left, which is unavoidable on any carrier — but no name of ours appears on the label.
Is there a packing slip, and what's on it?
Yes, and it carries your branding. We never place an invoice, a price list or any document showing what you paid us inside a carton going to your customer.
Do you put inserts, stickers or cards in the box?
Only yours. We add nothing of our own. If you want your own cards, hang tags or inserts included, send them to us and we'll pack them in.
Can I use my own branded packaging?
Yes. Send it in and we'll use it. Otherwise orders go out in plain packaging with no decorator branding on it.
Will you sign a non-circumvention agreement?
Yes, on request before the first order. We're B2B only — we have no retail storefront and no consumer sales — so there is nothing to circumvent, but we're happy to put it in writing.

Send one order and check the box yourself

The fastest way to trust a blind-ship claim is to have one shipped to you. Send a single order, open the carton, look at the slip and the label, and go from there.
