The orders you turn away can run on our floor
You are already good at this. You just can't run a twelve-piece reorder on a press that's booked for the next three weeks. Send those jobs here. They come back — or go straight to your customer — with your name on them and ours nowhere in sight.
Send us a jobYou don't need another vendor. You need capacity.
Most shops lose the same four kinds of order, over and over, and they're rarely the ones you'd choose to lose. None of them are a problem here.
The order that's too small
A twelve-piece reorder, a single replacement jersey, one sample for a pitch. Real work you don't want to lose, but setting up a press for it costs more than it earns.
The week you're already full
Back-to-school, playoffs, the week three customers all say yes. The press is booked solid and the only alternative is a date you can't promise.
The method you don't run
You print, but the job came in with a left-chest embroidery. Or it's embroidery you do, and this one wants full-colour transfers on fifty hoodies.
The customer who wants drop-ship
They want it sent straight to each player, each officer, each employee. That's a packing operation you never planned to run.
Four steps, and then it's just a routine
Send us the job
Email the artwork, the garment, the quantity and where it ships. No portal to learn, no onboarding call required.
We quote and confirm the date
You get a price and a production date back. If the date doesn't work, you hear that immediately rather than on the day it was due.
We source, decorate and inspect
We buy the blanks or use yours, decorate them in-house, and check every piece before it's packed.
It ships under your name
Back to your shop, or straight to your customer with your branding on the outside and on the packing slip.
What we can tell you before you call
Most contract decorators make you ring up to learn the basics. Here they are.
- Minimum order
- No minimum order quantity on the on-demand program — one piece or a hundred.
- Production time
- 3–5 business days in production once art is approved, plus transit.
- Decoration methods
- Screen printing, embroidery and direct-to-film (DTF), all under one roof.
- Blanks
- We source them, or you send your own goods in.
- Shipping
- Back to your shop, or blind-shipped direct to your customer.
- Branding
- Your name on the garment and the packing slip. Ours appears nowhere.
- Artwork
- Vector or high-resolution raster for screen printing and DTF. DST for embroidery, or we digitise from your file.
- Who we sell to
- Other businesses only. No retail counter, no direct-to-consumer sales, no competing for your customer.
We can also run the storefront your customer keeps asking for
Half the shops who send us overflow end up using this instead. Your customer gets their own branded online store; you get the margin; nobody has to pre-buy a single garment.
- A storefront branded for your customer, not for us and not for you
- You set the retail prices and keep the margin
- Unlimited stores — one per team, per department, per season
- No inventory: each order is produced after it is sold
- We decorate and ship every order as it comes in
- You stay the only name your customer ever sees
We produce on STAHLS' Fulfill Engine, which is how a store, a spreadsheet or an API call all end up on the same production floor. You never have to touch it — but if you already run stores on Shopify, OrderMyGear, Chipply or commonsku, that is the reason your orders can reach us without being retyped.

Will you contact my customer?
Whose name is on the shipment?
What's the real turnaround?
Is there a minimum?
Can you hold my blanks, or do you source them?
What do you need from me to start?
